Objective
Maximize
the efficiency of company operations by managing client and sales executive
communication process.
Effectively
manage company processes as required by CRM Manager.
Tasks
·
Communicate with client as given by CRM Manager directly involving
various activities (Welcome call, Renewal reminders, Technical assistance,
Product guidance and any other calls as required by CRM Manager)
·
Communicate with executives involving various sales functions (Daily
activity reports, Daily Collection reports, Code generation and any other
required calls by Sales Manager)
·
Send brochures, CDs, DVDs and other promotion materials to executives
and to clients on timely manner as per company sales policy and requirements.
·
Check, verify and update commission payments records of field sales
executives under direct supervision of CRM Manager.
·
Update the CRM online system with all activities required by the
CRM department (Client details, product details etc.)
·
Operate email accounts of company related to clients and executive
·
Respond to queries related to products and solve them with help of
relevant departments (production, technical, etc.)
·
Submit relevant sales and CRM related data though CRM online system.
Reporting
You
will be responsible for reporting performance to CRM manager and top management
every week.
Restrictions
You
will not be ableto take holidays in conflict with other CRM executive
Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9
PM
Required Skills:
