·         The candidate must:
-Proven ability to pitch, negotiate and close deals
-Self-motivated and enthusiasm for work
-Manage entire cycle of lead generation and achieve target set for the product and services.
-Client generation & follow up
-Smart to handle client escalation
-Cold calling, generating leads, fixing appointments, maintaining relationships with existing customers, addressing leads over mails & phone, handling pre-sales activities
-Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization as an independent contributor and as part of a team
-Maintain daily record and activities planned and managed and forward report to the reporting head of the division.
-Achieve daily, monthly and annual set targets.
-Provide information on daily basis to the Division Head as per the target planned.
-Provide vital inputs of customer feedback.
-Specifically, ensure right prospects identified with the help of Sales and Marketing Team.
-Promote products and services
-Secure appointments for the Sales Team and follows up till conclusion arrive.
-Organize integrated marketing and communication campaigns
-Plan daily and monthly objectives for the Team and Division as per Marketing Plan.
-Achieve daily and monthly call objectives for the team.
-Provide on the spot answers queries raised by the clients.
-Monitor and control every activity of the Direct Marketing Division to generate revenue.
-Involves in building up team activities on continuous basis.
-Maintain daily record of every activity conducted, feedback generated, consult Marketing & Brand Management Team to develop appropriate messages for the products and services.
-Develop campaign manual for the product and services.
-This is a player-manager role, involving hands-on ownership and delivery of campaigns, as well providing leadership and management of full time staff, plus a pool of temporary resources from their established network of contacts.
-Hands-on ownership and delivery of a quota of campaigns
-Attending client briefings, working with account managers to develop crib sheets, objection handling schedules, etc in support of campaign delivery. Develop exact communication method for the campaign.
-Calling into target accounts and securing appointments for client sales teams - setting the pace for the team in terms of call rates and conversion volumes
-Capturing high quality calling notes in the CRM system, and comprehensive, detailed lead reports for clients ahead of meetings.
-Increase the level of sales and business mix from current active clients
-Maintain an accurate and current database
-Identify and develop sources / Relationships with existing clients.
-Source potential clients by other means.
-Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase
-Maintain regular contact with key clients
-Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both client
                                               
Desired Candidate’s Profile
Experience              1-4 years Business Development- Inside Sales in Outsourcing Company (Handed Experience over inside sales of UK, Canada, and Australia) Prefer female profile.
Education              MBA Marketing- preferred but not necessary, Sales/Marketing background is preferable
Skills                           Good Communication, presentation skills.

Job Purpose

The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Job Duties and Responsibility
1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
2. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
3. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
4. Re-directs calls as appropriate and take adequate messages.

16. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

needs.
